Why is my fabric conditioner not emptying?

Please note that it is not unusual for a small amount of water or conditioner to
be left in the compartment.
Concentrated softeners may need diluting with water dilute to the consistency
of single cream.
Remove the detergent drawer and thoroughly clean it in hot water. Make sure that
the conditioner siphon is perfectly clean. You may also need to clean the roof of
the compartment from where the water is fed into the drawer use a long handled
brush to remove all residues.
